First, I mixed the honey and the sugar in a pot on the stove, where I later added Cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon zest and cloves. After mixing it all together, I added it to the flour.
Once it became dough, we layed it out and flatened it nicely and let it sit for two days, although the recipe had said 5-6 hours. After the two days, I first made the glaze which consisted of powdered sugar and water.
Then I let it bake for about 17 minutes

I added the glaze immediately and then cut it into squares.
I then let them cool and harden for about 30 minutes, then finished cutting them completely.
